Who we are

Happy 2 Write is a service of Happy 2 Assist BV, Eindestraat 81, 3650 Dilsen-Stokkem, Belgium. Company and VAT number: BE 1029.354.496.

Scope

These terms apply to all use of Happy 2 Write, every purchase and every subscription.

Account

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account. One account gives access to Happy 2 Write and Happy 2 Read.

Subscriptions and Book package

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled monthly. The Book package gives 6 months access for one book project. Prices exclude VAT.

Your content

All text you create remains your property. You are responsible for the content and for respecting third party rights. Review AI suggestions before publishing.

Liability

We do our best to keep the service available and correct but are not liable for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.

Governing law

Belgian law applies. Disputes fall under the courts of the judicial district of Limburg.
